Hatha with Elements

Hatha with Elements

It is a practice in which we use the elements as a support to better understand the postures, to know the placement of the body according to the principles of biomechanics and anatomical logic. With a strong influence on the teachings of the master B.K.S. Iyengar, we seek to find in each posture a sense of stability and lightness. It is a practice adapted to all levels of experience of the practitioner.

Duration: 90 minutes

Hatha Vinyasa

Hatha Vinyasa

Traditional yoga practice that focuses on alignment, breath control and the performance of postures (Asanas) to achieve balance and union between body and mind. We explore alignment in depth, biomechanical understanding, the use of the Bandhas, pranayamas, mudras. We chant mantras, meditate, explore the practice in depth.

Duration: 90 minutes

Progressive Hatha

Progressive Hatha

In these practices we work on progressing towards the execution of a particular posture, or the understanding of a particular action.
The idea of these classes is that we gradually acquire tools to make the practice a safe place: avoiding injuries and understanding from where it is really "healthy" and logical to perform each Asana. They are deep practices. Ideal if you already have a little more experience in the practice.

Duration: 90 minutes

Ashtanga Yoga

It is a challenging practice that strengthens, improves flexibility and promotes a meditative approach.

Duration: 90 minutes
