A training course to understand, practise and teach yoga
This yoga teacher training proposes a progressive journey through the fundamentals of Hatha Vinyasa.
The aim is not merely to reproduce postures or sequences, but to learn to observe the body, understand the principles of the practice and develop criteria for practising and teaching with greater clarity.
Throughout the six modules, three fundamental pillars will be integrated:
- Practical.
- Theory.
- Philosophy.
The training will pay special attention to anatomy, la biomechanics, breathing, body awareness, the study of asanas and teaching methodology.
You don't need to want to become a teacher to take part. The programme is also designed for those who wish to deepen their personal practice and broaden their knowledge of yoga practice.

No previous experience or advanced practice is required.

A modular and flexible training program
The teaching staff is organised into six modules.
It is possible to take part in an individual module or complete several or all of them, depending on the interests and availability of each student.
To complete the programme of 200 hours and to access the corresponding certification, it will be necessary to complete the six modules and pass the final exam of the training.
First module: 9th to 12th October 2026
The first module will take place over four consecutive days in KOI Studio, Corralejo.

The dates and times for modules 2 to 6 will be agreed upon during the first module between Sebastián Arbondo and the participants.
This format makes it possible to organise the continuity of training taking into account the availability of the group and the teacher.
Before enrolling in the full programme, each participant must consider that the final schedule will be established jointly once the training has begun.
About Sebastián Arbondo
Sebastián Arbondo he was the founder of Ashtanga Yoga Osaka, a school dedicated to teaching Ashtanga Yoga in Japan for 13 years, and currently runs Viveka Yoga Shala.
He or she completed a training in 500 hours in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga with Luisa Sear, from Yoga Arts Australia. She has also studied Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Nei Jing School in Montevideo and Madrid.
He has made numerous trips to India to study with Rolf Naujokat, completing the third series under his guidance. For six years he trained in Italy with Dona Holleman, with whom he deepened his understanding of the Universal Principles of Practice.
He specialises in joint mobility through FRC and Kinstretch, and is currently studying Physiotherapy at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
Over 15 years of teaching, they have supported more than 1,000 pupils and participated in more than 60 yoga teacher trainings.
Prices and registration
Full programme
€2,700 for the six modules via advance payment.
This option will be available until the start of the training, provided that places remain available.
Individual module
€600 per module.
Early cancellation fee
€520 per module for registrations made up to 1 September 2026.
Place reservation
To formalise the registration, a deposit of is requested 200 €, which is deducted from the corresponding price.
The remaining amount must be paid before the start of the training or the contracted module, depending on the chosen modality.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need prior experience?
No. The training is open to both beginners and experienced individuals. The content will be developed progressively from the fundamentals.
Do I have to want to be a yoga teacher?
No. You can also take part to deepen your practice and better understand yoga anatomy, biomechanics, breathing and philosophy.
Can I take just one module?
Yes. It is possible to take one or more modules. To complete the 200-hour programme, it will be necessary to take all six.
When will modules 2 to 6 take place?
Dates and times will be agreed upon between Sebastián and the participants during the first module.
How much does the complete training cost?
The complete programme has an early-bird price of 2.700 €, available until the start of the training course while places remain.
